40 minThis one-pan wonder transforms simple chicken breasts into something spectacular with an unexpected combination of sweet and savory flavors.
Orange juice brightens the tomato base while plump raisins add little bursts of sweetness that play beautifully against the oregano and chili powder.
A quick cornstarch slurry thickens the sauce to a glossy, spoon-coating consistency that clings to every piece of chicken and grain of rice.
Chef Tips
- Use fresh orange juice for the brightest, most vibrant flavor
- Simmer the sauce for the full 5 minutes before adding chicken to let the flavors meld
- Toss the parsley with hot rice right before serving so it stays bright green and aromatic
