2 each chicken breasts
3 teaspoons soy sauce, tamari
3 teaspoons rice wine
2 medium green bell peppers
2 medium onions
yellow, diced
½ cup mushrooms, enoki (straw)
2 each bok choy
cup water chestnuts
cup peanuts

Heat wok/pan high.

Add peanuts, stir for 30 seconds, remove.

Add some oil, garlic and ginger, stir.

Add chicken, stir momentarily.

Add the 8 jewels.

Add sauce, let it begin to bubble, thicken, serve,
