or margarine, melt

CUP ML EVAPORATED MILK

TEASPOON ML NUTMEG
ground

TEASPOON ML VANILLA EXTRACT

TEASPOON ML LEMON EXTRACT *

EACH EACH PIE SHELL (9 INCH)
unbaked, deep-dish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

In processor combine all ingredients except crust.

Process until well-blended.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and pie is golden-brown.
