Add some flavor to that plain chicken dish with this easy to follow recipe that you will keep using over and over again.

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and sauté while cleaning and cutting mushrooms in half.

Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour.

You can also do this in a crockpot and simmer all day until dinner.

Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
