This easy to make blueberry cobbler can be a light and fruity dessert in a hot summer day, or having it as a snack is a good idea too.

TABLESPOON ML LEMON JUICE

EACH EACH EGGS
beaten

CUPS ML SUGAR

CUP ML MARGARINE
melted

Directions

Place blueberries in bottom of a 10×6×2 baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine egg, flour, and sugar substitute; stir until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Sprinkle over blueberries.

Drissle melted margarine over top. Bake at 375℉ (190℃) for 30 minutes.

Serve warm.
