Directions
In a nonstick skillet, heat the butter until it melts.


Add the shallots, cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the peas and stock, cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
Transfer into a blender, blend until pureed.
Serve or chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
