Incredibly easy to make. Great Tasting Cod with a hint of spice. Only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds cod fillets
2 cups salsa
2 tablespoons parsley leaves
freshly chopped
1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃) F (175 degrees C).

Rinse and dry cod fillets.

Place fillets in a lightly greased casserole dish.

Pour salsa over fish.

Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.

ake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Serve warm over rice.

This was so easy! The filets had a spicy flavor and the sauce tasted wonderful on rice. It doesn't say to cook covered or not so I used a lid and partially covered. Next time, I'll try uncovered.
