Crustless Bacon and Egg Quiche

A splash of hot sauce is always a must :) Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

An easy, tasty bacon and egg quiche is a perfect breakfast to start you day, or an ideal dinner on a busy week day.

Ingredients

6 slices turkey bacon
cooked, drained, and crumbled

½ cup milk, skim
½ cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
low-fat

3 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
teaspoon black pepper

1 cup cheddar cheese
fat-free, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Prepare a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.

In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, oil, and black pepper. Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan.

Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes or until top becomes golden and brown.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Cut into wedges and serve warm.
