Ingredients

2 cups tomatoes
peeled, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro
minced

2 tablespoons onions
red, minced
1 teaspoon hot chili peppers
hot, minced
1 x honey
or alternative

1 x white wine vinegar
or lemon juice

Directions

Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper. Season to taste with sweetener, chili powder, salt, and wine vinegar. Yields 2½ cups.
