Directions

Grate chocolate.

Add water, sugar, and syrup. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F).

Remove from fire. Add peanuts and flavoring.

Cool slightly.

Beat until mixture begins to crystalize. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
