Chocolate No Bake Cookies
Easy but moist cookies that are the perfect light snack after lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
½ | cup |
butter

2 | cups |
sugar
|
|
½ | cup |
water
|
|
2 | teaspoons |
cocoa powder
|
|
½ | cup |
peanut butter
|
|
3 | cups |
oatmeal
or 1 cup coconut |
Directions
Mix butter, sugar, water and cocoa together, bring to a boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal or coconut. Drop on wax paper and let harden.

You can use a nonstick baking sheet (pan), even coat with some cooking spray, or grease with some butter, that woks just fine!

Instead of Peanut butter I use 1 cup Pecans and 1 cup coconut I do not care for peanut butter
