Ingredients

½ cup milk chocolate chips

½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
1 cup peanuts
roasted

Directions

In small microwave-safe bowl, place milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and shortening.

Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 to 1½ minutes or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.

Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls into 1-inch diameter candy or petit four papers.

Allow to set until firm. Store in air-tight container in cool, dry place.

These clusters were super delicious. It's hard to go wrong with chocolate and peanuts. They were so easy to make, I put the clusters in the freezer for about half an hour; then put them in a zip-lock bag and stored them in the freezer. I already made three bunches... Yum!
