Hard to resist these delicious cupcakes. Cheesecake and cupcake. You have them all in one bite.

A little bit of cheesecake inside a cupcake!

Ingredients

Batter:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cups sugar
1 large eggs
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions

Fill muffin cups half way with batter.

Top with a heaping tablespoon of filling.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 20 to 25 minutes.

Frosting not needed!

Makes approx 16 cupcakes.
