Chicken Potatoes and Sausage recipe













Trans-fat Free, High Fiber


6 medium potatoes
peel, quarter
2 teaspoons oregano
cup olive oil
1 pound italian sausage
sweet, cut into 1 inch pieces
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
3 pounds whole chicken
cut into serving pieces
1 teaspoon garlic salt


Arrange potatoes in a large shallow baking pan.

Mix all of the seasonings together and sprinkle half on the potatoes.

Arrange the chicken and sausage pieces on top.

Pour the oil over the ingredients and sprinkle with the remaining seasonings.

Cover with foil and bake in 425 degree oven for ½ hour.

Reduce the heat to 375 degrees, uncover, and bake for 45 minutes longer until chicken and sausage browns.
