I have maken this recipe for several years, everytime it goes well, it has become my keeper and I have introduced this recipe to a lot of my friends, they all love it!

Ingredients

14 ounces pasta, fusilli
uncooked
2 cups chicken
cubed cooked
1 cup cucumbers
chopped
1 cup sweet yellow bell peppers
or red bell pepper, chopped

¾ cup vegetable juice cocktail
spicy eight
¼ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
finely chopped

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.

Mix pasta and remaining ingredients.

Serve immediately.
