Ingredients

3 cup cherry tomatoes
sliced in half
1 cup cucumbers
chopped, peeled
¼ cup feta cheese
crumbled
1 tablespoon mint leaves
chiffonaded
1 teaspoon oregano
fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons shallots
finely chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 x kosher salt
to taste

freshly ground, to taste

Directions

Gently toss the tomatoes, cucumber, feta, onions, mint, and oregano together.

Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

This feta cube looks so yummy, Greek salad is easy to make, several simple fresh vegetables, with some fresh dressing and feta cheese, and just tastes so delicious always.
