Leftover Turkey Club Sandwich
Too much leftover turkey from your Thanksgiving dinner, make these delicious sandwiches, and they are so quick and easy to put together.

crispy, on each toast |

turkey
leftover, cooked and sliced, 2 ounces (60 grams) on each toast |
Directions
Toast 12 slices white or whole wheat bread, spread 1 side of each with mayonnaise.
Top 4 of the slices with romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, 2 slices crispy bacon, and about 2 ounces sliced cooked turkey.
Top each with second bread slice and repeat layers.
Top with remaining bread.
Secure with toothpicks; cut into triangles.
