Leftover Turkey Strata

An easy leftover turkey breakfast strata. Make ahead the night before and just pop it in the oven in the morning.

Directions
Combine turkey, cheese, and olives; toss to combine lightly.
Place ½ of the bread cubes in 8 by 8 inch (20 by 20 cm) baking dish ; top with turkey mixture and remaining bread cubes.
Combine all of the remaining ingredients except the cheese; and over the bread.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃). Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
