2 pounds chicken wings
separated at joint, tips removed

melted (or margarine)

2 lbs chicken wings
separated at joint, tips removed

118 ml butter
melted (or margarine)

Directions

Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a plastic freezer bag.

Dip each piece in melted butter or margarine and place in bag. Do 4 or 5 pieces at a time. Shake until wings are completely coated.

Place coated wings on a foil-lined baking sheet. Lightly coat foil with cooking spray.

Bake in 350℉ (180℃) F oven for 45 min turning wings once.

Could these also be deep fried?

I would say yes. Deep frying should cook the chicken faster, and results in crispier skins.

Hmmm. Well I used real parmesan cheese that wouldn't stick...that's when I realized your probably meant the fake powder. So I've tried it. It's in the air fryer cooking now so we shall see.
