Ingredients

2tablespoons bacon drippings *
1large onion chopped
3cups venison roast, cooked, chopped*
2medium potatoes cut in 16 pieces
2tablespoons flour, all-purpose
1clove garlicVideo minced
3cups beef broth
¼teaspoon black pepper *
¼teaspoon seasoned salt
½tablespoon chili powder

Directions

Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat.

Add flour and brown.

Add broth and other ingredients.

Let simmer until tender.
