Directions

Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Combine bananas, margarine and orange juice. Blend in eggs, vanilla and orange peel. Add combined dry ingredients and raisins; mix well.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Drizzle icing over cooled cookies. Store tightly covered.

ORANGE ICING: Combine ¾ cup powdered sugar, 4 to 5 teaspoons orange juice and 1 teaspoon grated orange peel. Mix until smooth.
