Banana Nut Bread with Buttermilk

Banana Nut Bread with Buttermilk

Has a great flavor - very moist. A lighter color than some Banana Nut breads. The best I've ever tasted.

It's the best banana bread I've ever made & ate - tasty, soft, moist... yum!
I've added shredded coconut instead of walnuts - works just great.

Read the former reviews, then decided to make this bread for our friends who came over on Saturday. It was a huge hit, everyone just loved the bread and kept having another slice, another slice and another slice... Rave reviews, it was so buttery, fluffy, and moist. I have made lots of banana breads, this one is definitely one of our favorites. And it is an excellent bread that everyone will love.

Wonderful recipe!! One of the BEST Banana Bread recipes.. Any time I make it from now on this is most likely the recipe I will use..Only thing I will do is add a few Cranberries for color and a slight tang, and some crushed Banana chips on the top..

Found gourmet buttermilk at the grocery store and made this banana nut loaf. It came out exactly like the picture.I just asked my husband if he remembered when I made this a couple days ago. He said no,do it again, and chuckled. That says it all.

We made this bread for our friends in the summer when they came to visit us. The bread was so good, and they wrapped the leftover and took with them when they left :)
