Ingredients

4 pounds ground beef
28 ounces tomatoes
stewed
2 large onions
4 each garlic cloves
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 cans ranch style beans

½ cup chili powder

12 ounces beer
2 tablespoons oregano

2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Sauté onions and garlic in oil. Brown meat and add ingredients, except for beans. Simmer for two hours and then add beans before serving.
