Directions
Cook rice according to package directions using tomatoes.
Remove from heat; sti r in chicken, peas and shrimp.
Spoon half of rice mixture into an 11x7-inch b aking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup 4 Cheese Blend.
Top wi th remaining rice mixture.
Cover with foil; bake at 375℉ (190℃) F 25 minutes or until he ated through.
Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
Let stand 5 minute s or until cheese is melted.
