You don’t need to be a farmer to enjoy this scrumptious casserole made with creamed corn and cheddar cheese.

drained *

CAN EACH CREAMED CORN

CUP ML BUTTER
or margarine

LARGE LARGE EGGS
beaten

OUNCES ML/G SOUR CREAM

BOX SMALL BOX CORN MUFFIN MIX
small box *

CUP ML CHEDDAR CHEESE
grated (optional)

Directions

Grease 9×9 pan.

Mix all ingredients together.

Fill pan and smooth out mixture.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350℉ (180℃) and serve.

If topping with cheese, bake for 40 minutes, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and then bake another 20 minutes.
