Make this delicious applesauce cake for breakfast, everyone will enjoy and love it.

Ingredients

1 cup applesauce
unsweetened, or crushed pineapple
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract

1 ½ cups pancake mix

2 teaspoons canola oil

Directions

Mix liquids thoroughly. Add the dry mix. Stir gently. Pour into a well-oiled square cake pan or a 8-inch cake pan.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃). for 20 minutes or until done. Serve warm with butter and syrup or with a dollop of flavored yogurt.
