Directions

In a bowl whisk together vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste until the dressing is smooth.

Add the celery and the apple, tossing all the ingredients together.

Garnish with the celery leaves before serving.
