Quick and easy, it is a great breakfast, you can bake these lovely quiche in the earlier morning, you can also make them in advance and freeze them.
Made this soup a few days ago. I absolutely loved it, and enjoyed it. I did not detect any nasty smell that one of the previous reviewers mentioned. Instead it came out very tasty and flavourful.
Recipe taken from "The Eat-to-Live Diet" by Dr Joel Fuhrman. Packed full of vegetables and thickened with cashews.

Gazpacho (Moosewood) recipe
Super easy peasy and pucker baked carrots. This recipe is close to the one that Jamie Oliver prepared in Season 2 of his Naked Chef show, I think the episode was "A bun in the oven".
A scrumptious salad made with millet, black beans, cucumbers and juicy tomatoes.
A light but tasty side dish that is perfect for a backyard barbecue on a hot summer day.
Fresh heirloom tomatoes (any good tomatoes work just as well) and herbs are baked on a bed of mozzarella cheese in a pie shell and topped with herbed garlic olive oil.
This recipe tastes exactly like the original Kentucky Fried Chicken coleslaw but without the slightly bitter preservative aftertaste. It's easy to make with a food processor and it's very economical.
A very tasty and light soup, and also packed with goodness. It certainly helped me use up some of the garden-fresh tomatoes that tasted amazing, and it warmed me up instantly, an ideal soup for fall.
My family of 3 boys and my husband refuse to eat anything "healthy"...well I made this tvp chili, but did not tell them what was in it. Well between the 4 of them they finished the pot. So excellent!! Easily used to "fool" non vegetarians!
This North Indian curry is scrumptious, full of protein, fibre and Irion, packed with flavor. Enjoy this delicious and nutritious dish with some naan or crusty bread.
This is probably the best scalloped potatoes I've had. We made our own cream of mushroom soup with dried wild mushrooms (see recipe link below). Tons of rich mushroom flavor that was embedded in the potatoes along with a nice cheesy flavor throughout. We used a nice old cheddar. The paprika was a nice touch and it ended up giving the potatoes a very rich color (see photos).
Roasting probably is the best way to cook brussels sprouts, it really develops tons of yumminess. Simply toss roasted sprouts with a bit good olive oil, roasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and drizzle with some balsamic glaze. Delicious!
Honey roasted walnuts, dried cranberries and goat cheese are deliciously served with mixed greens, then tossed with a light mustard vinaigrette dressing. Yum!
Very warm and filling. Lots of mushroom flavor and the barley was tender and plump. I used a bit of olive oil to sauté the veggies along with a healthy dose of garlic. Easy to make with easy to find ingredients, perfect for a cool fall or winter day.
This refreshing and tasty salad is made with garden-fresh cucumber and juicy-sweet tomatoes, and tossed with a soy-sesame dressing.
An easy and tasty classic Chinese dish. Slice potato, carrots and bell pepper into matchsticks, quickly stir-fry with a Chinese sweet-sour sauce. Serve with steamed rice.
