Easy rum and raisin cookies.

For as far as I can remember my Aunt made this custard filled cake that has what seemed like 100's of layers. Unbelievably good.

This is from Paul, who used to run an old BBS (remember those?) with a cooking "echo". You can use all beef or all turkey. Also good with some shredded Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the marinara before serving.

This bialy recipe stands on its own—a round yeast bun with a depressed middle filled with onions and poppy seeds. Sometimes known as Bialystok Kuchen.
