These quick and easy tortilla pizzas take no time to make and absolutely delicious. Simply spread some pizza sauce, top with some your favorite toppings, and sprinkle some cheese. No need to order from outside, get a few tortillas and make these yummy warm pizzas from scratch.

A Calzone is a turnover that originates from Italy. It is made of ingredients similar to pizza folded over and shaped like a crescent. The typical Calzone is stuffed with tomato and mozzarella, and may include other ingredients usually associated with pizza toppings.

About half of the beans I used were chili beans. And I used a Guinness beer. I (roughly) seeded the jalapenos and this was surprisingly still spicy. A cheap cut of beef works quite well; the beef chunks get so tender and this is an overall delicious dish. I froze half of it.
