Herb-loaded hummus made with chickpeas, sauteed onion and garlic, toasted sesame seeds, and a blend of basil, coriander, and oregano. A fresh take on classic hummus.
Absolutely delicious. First time I made an eggplant dip, and it was surprisingly tasty. The mixture of roasted bell peppers, eggplants, feta cheese, garlic and onion was so yummy and flavorful.
Pureed tomatoes and creamy avocado blend with tangy buttermilk in this refreshing cold soup topped with cucumber and sour cream.
Soft and creamy mozzarella balls wrapped in a thin slice of zucchini then marinated in a savory mix of olive oil, lemon zest, coriander and mint. Party poppers that are healthy and tasty.

Creamy Southern coleslaw with buttermilk ranch dressing, apple cider vinegar, celery seeds, and whole mustard seeds. Make it ahead and let it marinate overnight for the best flavor.
Delicious! I wasn't sure about the flavor before I made this dish, I was so glad that I made it, and it came out so flavorful and tasty.
Mango chutney sounds very familiar with us, but you can make tomato chutney as well, and the savory flalvor goes well with all kinds of dishes. Here it is.

On a cold day, let this delicious roasted winter squash soup warm up your whole body.
Instead of roasting a whole chicken, I only cooked one skin-on and bone-in chicken breast. Used the same ingredients, browned the chicken breast in a hot pan for about 4 minutes on each side until nicely browned. Then baked in the oven until the internal temperature of the chicken breast reached 165 degrees F. Then let it rest for about 10 minutes, and it was juicy, tender and packed with flavour.
Pan-seared chicken breasts dredged in sage and nutmeg, deglazed with dry vermouth and sweet red peppers for an elegant 30-minute dinner.
Unlike classic hummus, this one is made with chickpea, almond butter and light sour cream. It tastes incredibly creamy and delcious. If you are a big fan of all of these three ingredients, this hummus should on your to-make list. Enjoy :)
A tasty way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. It includes leeks and mushrooms along with the turkey in a traditional flaky pastry.
Even the sweet potato/yam "dis-liker" (me) liked the flavor of these. Nice little bite from the cayenne. And the amount of sugar was just right. I don't care for really "sweet" yam dishes at all! Thanks for this addition to our holiday dinner. (Part of my "Thanksgiving 2010" Menu)
