halved, boneless, skinless

3E+1 ml bread crumbs

halved, boneless, skinless

Directions

Melt butter in skillet, add onions. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add mushrooms, sauté for 2 minutes.

Place mixture in bowl and add ham, bread crumbs, cheese, chives. Mix well.

Let cool to room temperature.

Preheat broiler. Set rack 7 inches from heat.

Cut a pocket in the thickest part of the chicken breast (bone side).

Make pocket big enough to hold 2 tablespoons stuffing. Stuff and close with a toothpick.

Place on lightly greased broiler pan. Broil 4 or 5 minutes on each side.
