These Little Croquettes Are Light And Delicious!! Great For Side Dish!!

Ingredients

1 pound tofu
(crumble in bowl)
½ each onions
diced finely
¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
flakes, or add until yellow

3 teaspoons rolled oats
2 teaspoons bread flour
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
(ground)

teaspoons sea salt
or to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Shape into balls and roll in flour. May be made into patties as well.

Bake or fry until golden brown.

If you dpn't have bread flour can you use regular four?

Yes!! ..any flour will do!! ..I've sometimes used whole wheat as well.
