Tofu Salmon Croquettes
These Little Croquettes Are Light And Delicious!! Great For Side Dish!!
Ingredients
1 | pound |
tofu
(crumble in bowl) |

½ | each |
onions
diced finely |
|
¼ | cup |
nutritional yeast flakes
flakes, or add until yellow |

3 | teaspoons |
rolled oats
|
|
2 | teaspoons |
bread flour
|
|
¼ | teaspoon |
cayenne pepper
(ground) |

⅓ | teaspoons |
sea salt
or to taste |
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into balls and roll in flour. May be made into patties as well.
Bake or fry until golden brown.

Yes!! ..any flour will do!! ..I've sometimes used whole wheat as well.
