It’s tasty, and an easy meal to make on a weeknight. The dill and lemon were great together.

about 1 inch thick, about 6 ounces *

finely chopped fresh *

freshly ground

Directions

Place fish on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray; lightly coat fish with cooking spray.

Sprinkle fish with dill, salt, and pepper.

Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.

Serve with lemon wedges.
