Easy Dilled New Potatoes
Quick and easy way to dress up the baby new potatoes.
Ingredients

new potatoes
small, scrubbed |

¼ | cup |
yogurt
plain |
|
¼ | cup |
dill weed
freshly chopped |

½ | teaspoon |
sea salt
or to taste |

¼ | teaspoon |
black pepper
or to taste |

Directions
Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender.
While the potatoes are cooking mix together the yogurt and dill.
Drain the potatoes and place in a serving bowl.
Add the dressing and toss well.
Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
