Spicy and tasty way to have potatoes. You can use any type of Thai curry. I use a taste of Thai Panang Curry Paste.

Cube and boil-left overs are good *

WHOLE WHOLE COCONUT MILK
Can *

TABLESPOON ML RED CURRY PASTE
any type of Thai *
1 1
PINCH PINCH SALT
Add to taste *
1 1
PINCH PINCH FISH SAUCE
Add to taste *

Directions

Mix paste in coconut milk and boil

Add potatoes and boil

Add salt and/or fish sauce to taste stir and serve
