Smoky Ham and Roasted Red Pepper Spread
A quick and easy way to use up your leftover by making this delicious spread. 18
1 1/2 cups, from leftover
roasted red bell peppers
cream cheese (reduced-fat)
Add ham, peppers, paprika and vinegar in a food processor, pulse until the ham is finely chopped.
Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl.
Stir in cream cheese and parsley until smooth.
Serve with bread or cracker.
