A nice simple Chicken Salad recipe reminiscent of a chicken caesar salad.

Ingredients

16 ounces chicken
leftover or canned, drained
3 strip bacon
diced
8 ounces water chestnuts
diced
1 sprig parsley leaves
finely chopped

½ cup salad dressing, creamy ranch
as desired

Directions

Mix all ingredients together to desired consistency. Chill until ready to use.

Great on sandwiches.
