Made these cookies for a road trip recently. They were not too sweet and very filling. The flavor was delicious, loved the sesame paste and seeds in the dough, which made the cookies taste nutty and tangy; raisins and walnuts were two yummy additions. Ideal cookies for a trip or breakfast.
