Directions

Cut chicken into strips.

Melt margarine in a large skillet, and add chicken, vegetables, and seasonings.

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.

Add 2 tablespoons of wine and simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, milk, and remaining wine in a saucepan stirring over low heat until smooth, add to the chicken and vegetables, and serve over noodles.

DELICIOUS! I used chicken broth in place of white wine and added grilled onions and peppers. Thanks for the simple recipe.
