If you don't want to throw out that can of Spam you've never used, then try this scrumptious quiche made with cheese and green bell peppers.

Ingredients

1 cup spam
cubed

½ cup onions
¼ cup green bell peppers
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup cheese

2 cups milk
1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

4 large eggs

Directions

Sauté spam, onion and green pepper in cooking oil. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).

What is the Bisquick used for? Never added it to my quiches.

Mix the Bisquick mix with anything else together. Hope this helps, and happy cooking :)
