Ingredients

½ cup whole-wheat flour
cup bran
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 each eggs
¼ cup peanut butter
½ cup milk, low-fat
cup peanuts
chopped

Directions

Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend.

Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
