Directions

Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃) F (180 C).

Beat together oil, egg whites, sugars, and vanilla extract.

Add oats, oat bran cereal, flour, salt, and baking soda.

Stir to blend well.

Add raisins and nuts and blend uniformly.

Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes; the cookies should not brown very much.

Remove to rack to cool.
