Ingredients

2 cups sugar
¾ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

Directions

They are one of my favorite cookies, never feel enough...

First gather together these a few ingredients.

In large mixer bowl combine sugar and oil. Add cocoa; blend well. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a large bowl,
Add the eggs.
Add the cocoa powder,
and the vanilla extract.

Combine flour, baking power and salt; add to cocoa mixture blending well. Cover; chill at least 6 hours.

Add the mixture of flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir until well mixed.

Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Shape dough into 1inch balls. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched

When the batter is ready, time to roll them into balls.
Bake at 350 degrees F oven for about 12 minutes.

Remove from cookie sheet; cool on wire rack.

Remove from <a href="/how-to/know-your-baking-pans-tips-buye-343" title="Know your baking pans, reviews, tips and buyers guide">cookie sheet</a> and cool on wire rack.

You can serve them when they are still warm.
They can be kept in an air-tight container for about 1 week
