Ingredients

7 ounces clams
canned, drained, minced
¼ cup green bell peppers
finely chopped
4 each scallions, spring or green onions
finely chopped
2 red hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a deep, 1½-quart, heat- resistant, 2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes or until cheese Stir at the end of each minute.
  2. Serve very hot with crisp corn chips for dipping. Makes 1½ cups.
