Citrus Avocado Dip
Fresh citrus fruits and ripe avocado bring you a very fresh taste, serve it with any kind of your favorite chips.

chives
chopped |

oranges
peeled and diced |

lemon
peeled and diced |

grapefruit
peeled and finely diced |

Directions
Peel the avocados and remove the pits.
In a food processor, blend the avocados, lime juice and chives.
Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl.
Add the prepared fruits with the all of their juice together.
Season salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
