Ingredients

6 ⅛ ounces tuna
water packed, drained, flaked
cup mayonnaise, fat free
½ cup celery
chopped
cup green bell peppers
chopped
2 tablespoons olives
chopped, ripe

¼ teaspoon thyme
dried, crushed

6 slices rye bread
dark
6 slices cheese
fat-free, pasteurized, processed

Directions

Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, green pepper, olives, and thyme; mix lightly.

For each sandwich, top bread slice wtih ¼ cup tuna mixture; cover with slice of cheese.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 10 minutes or broil until cheese melts.
