Directions
Sauté onions in margerine.
Add sugar and brown lightly. Add lemon juice or vinegar to deglaze.
Add cabbage, apples, wine, and seasonings.
Mix well. Cover and simmer until cabbage is cooked, but still has crispness.
Remove cinnamon.
