Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
unrefined
1 medium onions
chopped
4 each garlic cloves
minced
1 cup mushrooms
fresh, sliced
16 ounces tomato sauce
canned
2 ½ cups water
1 cup chickpea (garbanzo) flour
mixed with, null

cup water
1 ½ teaspoons basil
dry, crushed

1 teaspoon oregano
dry
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon sea salt
optional
teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil until onion is soft.

Add remaining ingredients.

Bring to simmer.

Reduce heat, and simmer on low heat until thick; stirring frequently.
