cooked, crumbled or 4 slices deli ham cut into strips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Grease 9 inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, sauteed onion, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.

Stir in ½ cup Swiss cheese and crumbled bacon or ham strips.

Pour egg mixture into prepare pie plate.

Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup Swiss cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.

Slice and serve.
